Who gets to have power and a voice in our government and who is our government working for?
Since 2010, when the Supreme Court of the United States decided that corporations had the same rights as people and struck down federal limits on corporate spending, American democracy has been in a free fall. The Citizens United decision has led to the rise of super PACS and the infusion of dark money into politics. This is killing free and fair elections and resulting in legislation that serves businesses not people. Tiffany Muller and her team at End Citizens United is working to get big money out of politics and to protect the right to vote. Listen in and meet our guest:

Tiffany Muller is the President of End Citizens United. She has helped grow the group into a nationwide organization with more than 4 million members and 1 million grassroots donors. Before leading End Citizens United, Tiffany was Deputy Political Director at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, where she worked with top Senate races. She also served as chief of staff to two members of Congress, ran a political research firm, and was Vice President of Political Operations at the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund. As a member of the Topeka City Council, she led successful efforts to expand anti-discrimination protections.
