Our mission is to inform our community by providing a forum “where all voices are heard,” which is our motto. We seek all views and ideas about our community, and we report on the important matters that we face comprehensively and in depth. We also specialize in covering our cultural life, with features on the arts, music, and writing, as well as printing poetry and fiction. Chatham County Line has grown out of Chatham Crossroads, which first came out in January 1999. In 2006 it expanded into a monthly newspaper.
